GF 201QS (Quick-Split) is a 3.4 mil polymeric matte white calendered vinyl featuring a clear permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. It is paired with an 84# liner that is engineered with a universal 1.25” spaced scored pattern, designed to improve application efficiency. The scored liner allows the backing paper to be split and peeled away quickly and cleanly, exposing the adhesive for easier decal and sticker installations. GF 201QS vinyl is designed for compatibility with a wide range of wide-format digital printing systems, including solvent, eco-solvent, latex and UV-curable inks. Its clear permanent adhesive provides a strong, durable bond to many common substrates used in graphic applications.

What applications is GF 201QS intended for?
GF 201QS is designed for interior or exterior general signage, decals, stickers and point-of-purchase displays.
Can GF 201QS be removed?
Most decals can be removed with some effort, even if they have a permanent adhesive. GF 201QS has a standard clear permanent adhesive that works on a variety of surfaces. The adhesive may not remove cleanly, but any adhesive transfer or residue can be cleaned up easily with standard adhesive removers.
Do you recommend using edge holders when printing GF 201QS?
It may be beneficial to use edge holders with the Quick-Split™ media. The 84# scored liner is slightly thinner than our standard 90# liner construction, and the use of edge holders can help maintain edge stability and reduce the potential for edge lift during printing.
Can GF 201QS be die cut?
Yes. 201QS can be die cut successfully. For best performance, we recommend using a new 60° blade and setting the blade depth so that it cuts completely through the decal face film, while allowing the micro-perforations (created while die-cutting) in the liner to hold the graphic in place until the cutting process is complete.
